Stuart Neath
Stuart is a development consultant and coach. He has a wide range of experience covering a variety of roles and two major career changes. Stuart’s experience comes from having spent 11 years as an Army Officer, 8 years as a “corporate slave” working for a consultancy in London and over 4 years as a personal development coach.
In 1985 Stuart started working with PO Consulting, the largest internal management consultancy in Europe, as a development consultant with responsibility for the design, development and delivery of bespoke, in-house learning interventions. He spent 3 of his 8 years with PO Consulting responsible for all aspects of training within the business unit, including successful accreditation as an Investor in People.
Stuart is a highly experienced leadership and team development consultant. He runs courses centred on Career Management, Client Engagement, Change Management and training coaches for the Corporate World. Stuart is a very experienced coach and the co-author of “Be Your Own Career Consultant”, a book on how to unlock your career potential.
He has worked with a range of clients from across the business and sporting world. They include: npower, RBS, Lloyds TSB, the NEC, Wrigley, Royal Mail, Barnardos and Northampton Rugby Club. He has been a Partner with Fruitful Developments for over 7 years.
