Sharon De MarciaSharon De Mascia

Sharon De Mascia is a Chartered Business and Coaching Psychologist. She is an Associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and a member of the Chartered Institute of People and Development. She is qualified to use a range of Psychometric instruments including: OPQ, 16PF, Wave, MBTI.

She has over 17 year’s experience of delivering change management and other organisational initiatives across both public and private sectors. In the past she has worked with:  Dorset Training and Enterprise Council, the NHS, Tyneside Training and Enterprise Council, The Employment Service, The Highways Agency, The Co operative Insurance Society and the Highways Agency.

In addition, she is experienced in the design and delivery of assessment and development solutions.  She has extensive project management experience and is Prince2 qualified as well as being a member of the ‘Office of Government and Commerce’ Programme and Project Management network.

Sharon is a qualified coach and has coached Managers in a number of organisations. She also coaches private clients and manages a development network for Coaches on behalf of the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring.  She also specialises in stress audits and stress coaching.

Qualifications include:

  • MSc in Organisational Psychology, an MA in Strategic Human Resources, an Advanced Certificate in Coaching from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring.
  • CIPD qualified; Diploma in Training Management and a Master’s level NVQ in Strategic Management.
  • Prince 2 qualified, Primary Certificate in a Rational Emotive Therapy (CBT) and a City and Guilds in Portraiture.
  • Level A and Level B (multi) qualifications  in Psychometric testing

In her spare time Sharon is passionate about learning Spanish and spends as much time as she can in Spain. She enjoys Tai Chi and reading. She also enjoys writing and hopes to write a novel one day!
