Richard Owers

Richard is an experienced trainer of salespeople and program writer in sales and negotiation. He has been an Area Sales Manager for Coca-Cola, Schweppes, Canon UK, Vodafone and Yellow Pages.

Qualified in NLP, his training skills are based on this wide range of experience. His energy and knowledge will benefit all types of salespeople from field sales to call centre staff.

Richard is an extremely capable writer and deliverer of sales-related training materials. In 2003 he had sole responsibility for creating and running the DHL Best in Class Programs for field sales and telesales, to run in 22 countries through Asia and Indian Subcontinent.

He has a dynamic, motivational style as a trainer, which encourages delegates to participate and make the necessary behavioural change.

Richard is a founder member of the British Business Consultants and Trainers Academy, accredited to the Governments Business Link Programme, a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and is co-author of the successful Sales and Management Book "The Pillars of Successful Management".
