Joss Broady
Joss has been training and coaching since 1999 and holds a diploma in performance coaching. Areas she specialises in include consultative sales, telephone sales, presentation skills, customer service and time management. She has delivered these as short development sessions as well as contract assignments, where she enjoys combining practical and interactive workshops with one to one coaching.
She is passionate about coaching and focusing on individual development, working on a one to one basis to help maximize performance, increase results and achieve goals.
Joss has worked extensively within the IT sector including, IBM, Lenovo and Apple solution resellers. However, she has worked across many other industries particularly air conditioning, pharmaceutical, design agencies, water-cooling and service sectors. Clients range from national organizations to SME’s and solo professionals.
Joss started out in recruitment where, as a graduate, she joined a financial services consultancy, recruiting for compliance based appointments. From here, she moved to an international graduate recruitment and sales training organisation as a recruitment consultant. And it was here where she first met George Blakeway. She later joined a training team as Coaching and Support Manager and over the next three years, she delivered field and telephone based sales coaching to over 400 graduate sales trainees.
This was followed by a move into sales management at London’s leading Applecentre, managing two business sales teams within the company. There she also implemented a training and development initiative for every department across the Group including, the business and retail sales teams, the service department and sales support. The company is now one of her clients today.
