Jo Rawbone
Jo is an experienced and pragmatic learning and development consultant who has been working in the training and development arena since 1987. She is passionate about lifelong learning and demonstrates flexibility of approach and style, confidently interacting with delegates of all levels in organisations.
Jo is currently studying for an MSc in Change Agents Skills & Strategies, has worked with a rich diversity of organisations. She has delivered management courses, UK wide and internationally, and designed and delivered a very wide range of development interventions which include communications skills, leadership development centres, influencing skills, facilitations skills, management development, conflict management and counselling skills.
Jo is also qualified to deliver Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strengths Deployment Inventory.
Jo is very much looking forward to resuming many of her hobbies and pastimes when she finishes her MSc!
