Jane Machin
Jane has worked as an HR and Development Consultant for over three years, with a range of clients including several global pharmaceutical organisations, well known high street financial institutions, big consumer goods brands and a number of public sector organisations. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has over 15 years management experience, gained within a range of sectors and has substantial experience working with competency driven interventions, ranging from performance management processes to assessment centre design and delivery.
During her career she has held general management positions which she believes has given her a solid commercial understanding and operational background, training and development roles, generalist HR, including Heading up Coca Cola’s Head Office HR function, along with Senior International Talent Management roles. Her career has presented her with the opportunity to work throughout the UK, Eire, Europe and the US, predominantly within the area of Talent and Performance Management. Jane’s key skills are around working with key stakeholders to shape and facilitate programmes that deliver real added value and are in line with organisational needs and culture.
As a qualified business coach and career counsellor, she has a passion for supporting businesses and individuals to achieve their full potential and she strives to ensure that her credible and down to earth style creates pragmatic solutions that meet and exceed organisational needs.
